On the Matrix Global Creative team within Professional Products Division, working closely with the Creative Director to support key launches for the brand. Work with internal teams to produce print and digital assets to provide to marketing partners. Manage and creatively contribute to institutional and agile, as well as model and product shoots, from initial conception through post production. Art direct agency partners on CGI assets. Always strive to work with a problem solver attitude, an efficient work flow, and the ability to pivot when strategy changes in order to deliver work on brand, on brief and on time.

Designed and executed in-store brand expressions for Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionel, Shu Uemura, Pureology, Mizani and L’Oréal Technique. Collaborated with cross-functional partners to create a customer experience that was cohesive with the brand’s overall strategy.

December 2018–March 2021; New York City
Work on the creative team in the Professional Products Division with Pureology and Mizani (December 2018 – February 2019) brands. Contributed alongside team to the ideation and creation of the 2020 Pureology brand renovation including: new color palette, new packaging, new fonts, new texture system, and new photography — which launched June 2020. Collaborated with team to create the Pureology 2020 Brand Guidelines. Worked to define brand identity elements in writing and provided usage examples in the guidelines. Create artwork for in-store displays at Ulta, Sephora, SalonCentric and salons. Create digital assets for channels. Worked with mechanical artist to typeset/layout 88 SKUs as part of the Pureology brand renovation; ensuring everything was aligned, consistent and working as a system. Designed 2 Limited Edition Ulta exclusive packaging products. Design and work with production team on numerous box kits. Worked on the Brand Management team to create branded content in-house. Implemented new brand standards as a result of the re-brand of 2017 including: pixel perfect icon set, envelope design, photography direction/retouching, and art direction on creative projects. Art directed creative pieces from agency partners and internal UPS creative teams. Specific projects included: Branded Tracking Interface design, 2018 Kentucky Derby creative, 2018 NCAA Final Four creative, 2018 Golf Sponsorships, the Masters, US Open, The Open, 2017 Taylor Swift Delivery ideation and creative execution, 2016 + 2017 Wishes Delivered, 2016 + 2017 TED@UPS, and the 2019 brand calendar.
January 2015–March 2016; Atlanta, Georgia
On the Creative Team; design and execution of creative marketing materials for internet team as well as individual stores. Designed emails that blast to 130,000+ customers. Assisted with product development of Swoozie's exclusive in-house designs. Designed all online catalogs and assist with 4 print catalogs/year. Managed and cultivated relationships with strategic blogger partners. Planned and executed in-store events throughout the 10 store locations. Tracked performance of designs materials online through conversions and referrals in Google Analytics. In charge of social media for the Swoozie's brand across all channels. Responsibilities include planning and execution on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Wanelo, and Twitter. Experience with social media tools including: Piquora, Pixlee, Convertro, Facebook Insights, and Pinterest Promoted Pins Campaigns.

Designed and revised websites, landing pages, email templates, corporate identities, banner ads, and other miscellaneous digital marketing material. Worked from initial brainstorming to completion to develop effective design concepts. Reported directly to the VP, Creative Director. Worked collaboratively as well as individually.

Design logos and branding/marketing materials for various companies and organizations. Design and production management of customized wedding and event stationery.
Summer 2013; Houston, Texas
Worked closely with the lead designers to create specialized branding elements for wedding/event branding and design. Experimented with different aspects of production including various paper types and printing methods. Everyday tasks included project management, research, conceptual development, and design to production management. Maintained close communication with vendors, clients, and coordinators. Prepared design presentations to show clients.

Designed and printed all signage materials that was used in different locations where Anheuser Busch, Yuengling and Shocktop products are distributed. Kept an inventory of inks, toners and inks as well as ordered from a supplier when needed. Communicated regularly with sales route managers and supervisors.
